Not a year-round non-stop, no. Cardiff has no non-stop to Istanbul, so most Welsh patients use the Bristol direct. Bristol Airport is under an hour away with direct flights to Istanbul.
Which Istanbul airport should I fly into?

How long is the flight?
Most direct flights from the UK to Istanbul take around four hours; from Scotland it's nearer four and a half. A connecting itinerary takes longer overall — see the options above.
