Free online assessment

It starts with a message. Send photos and tell us what you'd like to change. Dr Erdal reviews everything personally and replies with an honest opinion, whether you're a good candidate, a recommended plan and a clear quote — no obligation, no pressure.

Agree your plan & dates

Once you're happy, we lock in surgery dates that work around your life. You'll know your length of stay, what the procedure involves and what recovery looks like before you commit to anything.

Book flights & we sort the rest

Choose your nearest airport and flights — we'll advise which Istanbul airport to fly into. We arrange your hotel and all airport, hotel and clinic transfers so the logistics are handled.

Arrive & in-person consultation

You're met and taken to your hotel. Before surgery, you meet Dr Erdal face to face for a full consultation and examination — your plan is confirmed (or adjusted) in person.

Your surgery

Your procedure takes place in a fully accredited hospital with a qualified anaesthetist. You're cared for and monitored, with clear instructions for the first days of recovery.

Recovery & checks in Istanbul

You recover at your hotel with the team reachable on WhatsApp. Dr Erdal reviews you and removes any sutures or dressings as needed, and clears you to fly only when it's safe.

Home & ongoing follow-up

You fly home and we stay in touch for your recovery. You'll get clear written aftercare, and we tell you exactly what to arrange with your GP or a local nurse.

One point of contact. From your first message to your follow-up at home, you deal with the same team on WhatsApp — not a call centre. If anything worries you during recovery, you can reach us.

Frequently asked

How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?
It depends on the procedure — typically 5–7 nights for most facial and body surgery, sometimes a little longer for bigger operations. Dr Erdal confirms your exact stay before you book, so you can plan flights and time off work. See our guide on how long to stay.
When can I fly home after surgery?
Only once it's safe — usually a few days after most procedures, with specific guidance to lower the risk of blood clots on the flight. We never rush you onto a plane. Read flying home after surgery.
Do you arrange the hotel and airport transfers?
Yes. We help you choose suitable recovery accommodation and arrange your transfers between the airport, hotel and clinic so you're not navigating Istanbul alone after surgery.
What happens with aftercare when I'm back in the UK?
You stay in touch with the team for follow-up, and we tell you exactly what to arrange locally — for example a GP review or a practice nurse for dressings. See aftercare back home.
Will I have a consultation before I travel?
Yes. It starts online — you send photos and your goals, and Dr Erdal gives an honest assessment and a plan before you commit to anything. You then have an in-person consultation in Şişli before surgery, where the final plan is confirmed.
What if I have a complication after I get home?
You stay in contact with the team and can send photos or questions at any time. If something needs hands-on care, we guide you on what to arrange with your GP or local services in the UK, and Dr Erdal stays involved in your follow-up.
